Red Hot Sorrento

We had a nice day in Sorrento starting with an excellent pizza at a new (to us) Pizza place called Franco’s near Piazza Lauro and the Circumvesuviano station. Then we walked through a lemon grove to checkout the progress on restoring the Lorelei, and old hotel that we used to stay at but has been abandoned for 10 plus years. We ended the day with a nice dinner at one of our favorites, The Garden. The only issue has been the heat. It is a bit hot and humid this time of year; need to get back to out April/May schedule!

    That pizza šŸ• looks so good! Jealous! Thanks for update on the Lorelei- hopefully it will still have a little bit of its original charm!
