Brussels Odyssey

I wrapped up my trip with one final day in Brussels. I went on a walk around the city to see all the main sites including the Main cathedral which is one of the most beautiful churches I have seen. During my walk I started noticing advertisements for a showing of 2001: A Space Odyssey accompanied by a live performance of the soundtrack by the Brussels Philharmonic. I swung by the Beau Arts Center and was told it was sold out. I went by the box office anyway. Apparently, just a few moments before, some additional tickets were added. I grabbed one and was treated to a tremendous performance. What a great way to end the trip!
